Joe Zwierzchowski, spokesperson for the Blackwater Forestry Service, joins the show to discuss the Five Mile Swamp Fire that is engulfing 2,000 acres of Santa Rosa County with only 20% containment up to this point. The fire was started by an authorized prescribed burn two days ago. Other fires actively going on in the area are at Hurst Hammack Road and the five-points fire off of Chumuckla HWY, which is mostly contained.
