The Reubin O’D. Askew Department of Government hosted a debate at University of West Florida last week on the topic of whether the Electoral College or a National Popular Vote should be used to select the President. It was a really good conversation between Professors Adam Cayton and Alfred Cuzan, and this morning I spent several segments talking about the issue and the debate.
