aftermath of Hurricane Idlaia, diaster response in Lafayette County; first time theyve had a POD for MREs, water etc; the county is shell shocked - feels like Ivan to them; dealing w storm surge, construction, codes, old structures/roofs, they didnt have a shelter for wind strength - some residents had to go to another county for shelter; SRC on site too
