Andrew McKay and Commissioner Doug Underhill discuss the challenge of providing appropriate Internet service to both impoverished and rural homes in a time when children and employees need much more bandwidth at home, including the question of whether this is even government's job in the first place. This follows the discussion the Escambia Board of County Commissioners had about this subject in the context of spending CARES ACT money to solve some of these issues.
