A new Publix will be coming at the corner of Spring and Garden. People ask a lot about the Grand Hotel. Mayor Reeves has a meeting this week w a potential buyer. Most of the delay is an insurance claim against Hurricane Sally. Why are we spending money on the fishing pier. 4 way stops downtown, Visual roundabouts on Palafox keeping people safe, extending the sidewalk on Scenic Highway. Need to have - vs Nice to have. Summit Blvd needs more street lights? Pedestrian only on Palafox? How do you balance the CRA fund? Senior Parking places available for $10. Airport parking?
