04/29/22 - Andrew Praises Debbie Smith For Collecting Roadside Trash

At yesterday’s Santa Rosa County Commission, the Board issued a proclamation of support for Debbie Smith, a local resident who has been picking up roadside trash and debris for 18 years.  What a credit to our community!
