Sheriff Simmons joins the Pensacola Morning News to discuss the ongoing investigation into the shooting at Oakwood Terrace Apartments last week. Currently, Sheriff Simmons says he has received cooperation from some residents of the apartment complex. There was also a separate shooting incident where an ex-boyfriend fired a shot in the direction of the ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend, and was arrested while being in possession of several illegal drugs and paraphernalia.
